wisewine.ge is operated by LLC Wise Wine (შპს ვაიზ ვაინ), ID 400431190, registered in Georgia. Our addresses are Tbilisi, Libani Street and Batumi, Leonidze Street.

Wine is sold only to adults aged 18 or older. By placing an order you confirm that you, and the recipient at the delivery address, are at least 18. Our courier may ask for ID on delivery and will not hand bottles to anyone underage.

An order is accepted only after we confirm it and payment is captured by Bank of Georgia. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if stock is unavailable, the address is outside our delivery region, age cannot be verified, or fraud is suspected.

All prices are in Georgian Lari (₾). Payment is processed by Bank of Georgia via a hosted payment page. By submitting payment you agree to the Bank of Georgia card terms in addition to these terms.

Delivery is free within our active regions (Tbilisi and Batumi) at the time slot you choose. Title and risk in the bottles pass to you on delivery.

Your cancellation, return, and refund rights are described in our Cancellation, Return, and Refund policies linked in the footer. These policies form part of these terms.

All content on wisewine.ge — text, images, layout, and the WiseWine name — is owned by LLC Wise Wine or used under licence. You may not copy, republish, or resell it without our written consent.

We are responsible for delivering the wine you ordered in good condition. We are not liable for damages caused by misuse of alcohol, age misrepresentation, or factors outside our reasonable control (force majeure, third-party courier failure where we have acted in good faith).

We may update these terms; the current version is always published at wisewine.ge/terms with a Last updated date.

These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Georgia.
