How refunds work

Refunds are processed through Bank of Georgia and returned to the same payment card used at checkout. We do not refund to a different card, to cash, or to store credit.

When you receive a refund

You are entitled to a refund when you cancel an eligible order before dispatch, when you refuse items at the door on delivery, or when an order arrives damaged.

Processing time

Once a refund is approved, we submit it to Bank of Georgia immediately. The funds typically appear on your card within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your issuing bank.

Partial refunds

If only some items in an order are returned, we refund only those items. Since delivery is always free, no delivery fee is involved.
