Cancellation policy

Cancellation is free of charge while the order status is Pending payment, Paid, or Confirmed. Once the order moves to Out for delivery, it can no longer be cancelled — please use our Return policy instead.

Cancelled, prepaid orders are refunded in full to the original payment card. See our Refund policy for the typical timeline.
