Because we deliver alcohol, returns are handled at the moment of delivery. Please inspect your bottles together with our courier — if anything isn't to your liking, refuse it on the spot and the courier takes it straight back. Once you accept the delivery and the courier leaves, the sale is final.
What you can refuse at the door
When the courier hands over your order, you may refuse any bottle that is damaged, leaking, has a broken seal or label, or simply isn't what you expected. The courier records the refused items and takes them back.
What cannot be returned
Once you have accepted and signed for the delivery, we cannot take bottles back — opened or unopened. Please check your order carefully before the courier leaves.
How it works
There is nothing to arrange in advance. When the courier hands over your order, open the box, check the bottles, and hand back anything you don't want. Refused items are credited according to our Refund policy.
Inspection at delivery
Inspection happens at your door, with the courier present, before you accept the order. This is your chance to check the seals, labels and condition of every bottle.
Damaged or broken on arrival
If a bottle is damaged or broken when it arrives, refuse it at the door. If you only notice once the courier has left, photograph it and contact us at +995 598 969 463 or [email protected] within 48 hours and we replace it or refund it in full.
